His name became synonymous with resistance when he, alongside his organization, confronted the promoters of the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI), a high-profile case that saw him challenging none other than the then Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta and Azimio Leader Raila Odinga. Representing himself and his organization, 254 Hope Kenya, Dr. Eboso showcased an impressive legal prowess that reverberated through the High Court, Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court. His efforts were not in vain, as they contributed significantly to the legal discourse surrounding the BBI, and its defeat!
